Crime in US Universities

Campus safety is a hot topic with parents and administrators across the nation because the safety of students is important. However, we focus too much on the bad and fail to reflect on how likelihood of being involved in a campus crime is relatively much less that we feel it is. Here I have analyzed campus crime data provided by the FBI in 2014 to show the actual low numbers of violent crimes and the likelihood of being involved in one.
